Terms & Conditions:
- Validity: 1 November 2008 - 31 March 2009
- All rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and nett, inclusive of service charge and prevailing government tax.
- Room rates are per package (7 nights) basis.
- Minimum of 5 consecutive night stay is required from 28 December 2008 to 5 January 2009.
- No departure is permitted from 29 December 2008 to 1 January 2009.
- Compulsory Gala Dinner charge on 31 December 2008 is required and applied accordingly. Gala Dinner charge is not included in the room rates.
- Room rates, extension night rates, and extra bed rates are inclusive of American breakfast.
- Complimentary offers (package benefits) are not applicable to the third person (extra bed) except daily American breakfast and roundtrip airport transfer.
- Complimentary room stay for children under 12 years of age (maximum 2) sharing parents' room and bedding. Extra bed/sofa bed will be chargeable.
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card that is valid throughout the stay.
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations, where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances contained or resulted from a mistake or error.
- Centara Hotels & Resorts reserves the rights to cancel or amend bookings if they are not followed by our terms & conditions.
- Not applicable to group reservations and reservations for meeting, incentive, convention, and exhibition.
Payment, Cancellation, & No Show Policy:
- Payments, cancellations, and no shows during period 1 Nov - 27 Dec 2008 & 6 Jan - 31 Mar 2009 are subject to the following policies:
- Two night deposit will be charged at point of reservation. Full Payment will be settled upon checking in/out.
- Cancellations: 2 night charge
- No Shows or Failure to Cancel: Charge the full amount of the total cost of stay
- Shorten Stays / Early Check-Outs: Charge the full amount of the total cost of stay
- Payments, cancellations, and no shows during period 28 Dec 2008 - 5 Jan 2009 are subject to the following policies:
- Two night deposit will be charged at point of reservation. Full Payment must be made 45 days in advance before arrival.
- Cancellations (made by 30 November 2008): 2 night charge
- Cancellations (made after 1 December 2008): 50% charge
- Cancellations (made less than 7 days before arrival): Charge the full amount of the total cost of stay
- No Shows or Failure to Cancel: Charge the full amount of the total cost of stay
- Shorten Stays / Early Check-Outs: Charge the full amount of the total cost of stay
